Food trend: DIY edible food bowls

Looking for something to jazz up your wedding reception dessert table – or just something fun for a little hen’s night dessert? These edible chocolate bowls should do the trick.

This charming – and absolutely delicious – creation comes from the very clever Amy Christie who has turned humble a humble balloon, some Hundreds and Thousands and a little white chocolate mix (almond bark) into something with serious wow factor.

Step 1: Dip your balloon in melted almond bark. Edible chocolate bowls

Step 3: Allow to dry and when the almond bark  is

Step 3: Allow to dry and – very slowly and gently – pull the balloon away from the almond bark
